Kerim Foundation Support Fund for Sufi Studies and Education

Our foundation seeks to serve as a source for nurturing individuals who, guided by the holistic vision of Sufism uses science in order to understand themselves and the world more deeply, individuals who embrace the spiritual and moral dimensions of humanity, who are thoughtful, inquisitive, creative and sensitive to art.

True to its founding purpose, Kerim Foundation has been carrying out large scale educational initiatives. Since 2013, its efforts have continued with great momentum and thanks to your support, have been brought to life in the spirit of unity and solidarity.

To ensure the lasting continuity of these services, this Educational Fund was established in the manner of Sadaqah Jariyah— inspired by the most virtuous form of giving, as described by our forebears. Donations made to this fund remain in perpetuity, allowing the fund to grow, while the foundation’s services are carried out through its generated income. In this way, your contribution becomes a lasting source of benefit.

What is Sadaqah Jariyah?

As its name implies, Sadaqah Jariyah refers to continuous charity — like the ever-flowing course of a river — whose blessings never cease. Establishing a foundation, building a mosque, fountain, bridge, or school are examples of such lasting acts of goodness, whose rewards continue for as long as people benefit from them.
